o_o And Phaeton's myth is so chaotic (I guess that´s why the illustration ended up being so chaotic in itself and brought nothing but disruption into my pretty "let´s make all the illustrations for the art show in flats " idea . The moment I noticed, it looked like that *points up* and refused to look any different)


I won't be uploading anything else till Friday, so wish me luck with the show ^.^ (and those at B.A. ... COMECOMECOMEandVISIIIIIIIITMYSHOW!!! or you'll break my heart ... and... and... I'll throw an epic tantrum! or something!)


(as usual, want to know more about Phaeton and the wild wild horses and the world BURNING BUUUURNING like madness, go check robert graves' "the greek myths", then check Ovid's Metamorphoses -on which the art show is based ^.^-, then go read any Greek mythology book you please, but read them in that bloody order >.>

This illustration makes me remember the lullaby my mom used to sing to me when I was little (you know, hush-a-bye ? the one with all the pretty little horses. I like horses ^.^)
